In that scenario, the basic checks are:
Show me the energy of my energy body. This should be 2 feet
Show me the energy of my solar plexus.

Show me the energy of my crown chakra.
If there are any blocks or cords coming in, then one or all of these will not move when you ask.

Central point is to always see myself as an instrument, and bring light to me by doing Divine Fire for myself. No need to fight darkness (EFH, blaze away burn away etc) - instead, just keep being light.
Accept everyone, their suffering, their choices, their path. Everyone is playing a role. Everyone will learn when they are ready.
To improve your Aura, just do Divine Fire for yourself. Do it any moment and chance you get - but do it holding your wand.

Hold the allergies next to Spleen chakra (Dust, pollen, mites etc)
